A note from Lauren: When I asked Ruth what I could do to help her I was delighted that she suggested the website. I was really excited to take on this project. It's been a serious learning experience, but a ton of fun. I hope this site provides you with up-to-date information on what's going on in the Iggy community around Fort Wayne and northern Indiana. Here are a few features not to miss:
-IN THE WINGS will provide a look at dogs that will be up for adoption soon. There are many, many dogs in foster that are not listed on the web and we hope this provides an opportunity to get more dogs exposure while they await their vet approval.
-Our LINKS page has a lot of resources for education as well as gear for Sighthounds If you are a new Sighthound owner, you must check out the products to get the scoop on all that's available to spoil your new family member!
-HAPPY BEGINNINGS is a work in progress but will be awesome once finished. It will give us a look at just how many dogs have found forever homes through everyone's hard work. There will be an opportunity to include your dog on that page.
-The RAINBOW BRIDGE page will be a place to remember those dogs that are no longer with us but are forever in our hearts. This page is a huge work in progress and we would appreciate you sharing with us dogs you'd like to honor.
