Updated 10/02/2010: Nikko's leg is healed and he is ready for adoption!

Nikko is a 16-week-old male black and white IG puppy. Nikko is presently recuping from a broken right front leg from two large rough-playing dogs in his former home, and will be ready for adoption approximately the first part of October. Nikko is like all IG puppies and is very energetic. He is not real happy right now being restricted until his leg gets healed, but he is learning a lot during his recup time. Nikko is learning to walk well on a leash. He has learned to crate very well. His potty habits are coming along very nicely. He whines and fusses when he has to potty, and then out we go and he potties. Nikko doesn't mind going out if it's raining or if the grass is wet. Nikko is a very loveable and social boy. He loves the other IGs in the home, and he loves the two cats. He likes human kids as well. He is going to be a larger boy since he is already 10.2 pounds right now at 16 weeks. The assumption is that he will end up about 17 pounds. Nikko's hope for a home is a house with a fenced yard so he can run and play and have another small energetic dog to play with. Nikko is located in Indiana, and will be adopted within the state of Indiana or a bordering state.

Please read up on the IG breed and the care of IG puppies and understand he will not be ready until the first part of October but we will take applications at this time.
