NOTES: PRE-REGISTRATION VIA PAYPAL MUST BE RECEIVED BY JUNE 7, 2012.

Just follow the instructions below to pre-register with PayPal:

1. Please answer the questions below to help us with planning, then click on the "Add to Cart" button below. You will be taken to your shopping cart.
2. When you get to the shopping cart, enter the total number of non-foster dogs attending in the "Quantity" box provided, then click "Update Cart."
3. When you've entered the number of dogs paying, click on the "Proceed to checkout" button, and then log in to PayPal to complete the transaction.
